DESIGN
Our in-house team of Medical Equipment Planners (MEP) and Interior Designers will develop your design through an iterative process which considers your unique project requirements, evidence based concepts and industry standards. Our completed design documents include: FF&E Placement Drawings, Product Specifications, Room Content Document and Final FF&E Budget.

PROCUREMENT
Our streamlined acquisition strategy allows you to issue a single Purchase Order (PO). PHG prepares the bid documents, analyzes responses, schedules and executes the purchases, tracks manufacturing and confirms deliveries.

INSTALLATION
PHG manages the final delivery and installation of hundreds/thousands of products on a typical project. Our network of certified installers ensures all product is installed per manufacturer’s instructions and stand by our one-year standard installation warranty.

TRANSITION
We understand the importance of a smooth transition and relocation to your new facility. Transition planning starts during the design phase and continues through the installation process. Mitigation strategies and contingency plans are put in place to address all identified risks. Detailed transition and move schedules are developed and activities executed to minimize impact to patient care and business operations allowing our customers to focus on their patients and their families.
