OUR PROCESS

PROJECT START
We work with you to determine the scope to get you the best return on investment. Scope includes dollar thresholds, bed count and facilities to be included on the project. We then lock in the most convenient date for the onsite work and begin reviewing asset documents.

INVENTORY
Our seasoned Inventory Specialists will scour your facility, recording asset data in a standardized format and apply asset identification tags so you have an ongoing record. We are experienced in operating in active patient environments and make sure your staff doesn’t feel the burden of our visit.

RECONCILIATION
Inventory data is then matched up to your ledger, tying the physical asset information to its corresponding financial information. During this process, bulk purchases are broken out into greater detail, allowing more effective management of individual asset lines.

REPORT DELIVERY
Finally, we work with your team to review retirements, asset records that had been stuck on your ledger despite not physically existing in your facility. That’s one way you save on property taxes. We’ll deliver a final file that is easily summarized for impact and uploaded into your system.
