DISCOVERY/CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Our initial needs assessment takes into account your existing equipment inventory, industry standards and latest healthcare trends to develop a baseline/preliminary equipment list and budget.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
PHG collaborates with your design team and develops a comprehensive medical equipment design package. The package includes site specific placement drawings, medical equipment specifications and room content documents showing where every piece of equipment in your facility is located.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION
Our Construction Administration Services ensures a smooth transition from design to actual implementation. We conduct field coordination site visits and generate reports outlining conflicts, respond to requests for information (RFI) inquiries and update construction documents to reflect actual site conditions as necessary.

PROCUREMENT
We develop a customize procurement and acquisition strategy for you project to ensure all product is ordered and arrives in a timely matter. Whether we place all product orders or work with your acquisition team, we review and validate all quotations and purchase orders, track manufacturing progress and confirm product delivery.

INSTALLATION / CLOSE-OUT
PHG can install all equipment as part of our turnkey solution or provide installation supervision to augment your staff and ensure all product is installed correctly and accounted for. We coordinate inhouse training and compile all close out documentation including owner manuals and warranties.
